Switch Competition / Data Capture Service

This service is an off-the shelf and user-configurable telephone competition line. It is designed to play a series of audios and capture the data entered by the caller. This can be either a voice file or telephone key press.

It works simply by playing an Audio File or a series of Audio Files, which can be in the form of a question such as “What is the Capital of France? press one for Berlin press two for Paris or press three for London” and then playing a file that corresponds to the key press such as “That was the correct answer” or “I’m sorry that was the wrong answer”

After the initial question audio you can then have a series of “Data Capture Questions” such as “After the tone, please state your name” or “Using the keys on telephone keypad, please enter your contact number”. You can have as many of these questions as you need to get the information that you require. The responses to these questions are then stored online for you to retrieve when needed.

You can add Audio Files to the service by simply uploading files saved on your computer or by using our Audio Recording Telephone Line.

The service can be used for any of the following:

• A simple competition that records the callers details
• A Premium Rate competition line that earns a revenue from the callers
• Survey lines
• Form filling such as CV capture
• Questionnaires
• Club registrations
• For a client to register their details for your latest marketing campaign.

Statistics and entries can be sent to you by email or FTP transfer and can also be stored online.

The standard charge for this service is just £100.00 (plus VAT) to set up and £10.00 (plus VAT) per month service fee.
